STRIPPED DOWN

My heart is smiling because well yes, it’s my favorite time of year and then there’s that whole becoming a Grandma thing.  I am so filled with awe and wonder as I anticipate celebrating the life of Brexton Ryan Klickman for the remainder of my days.

This season life has become a bit topsy turvy for as I am faced with an onslaught of change. Of course I am elated to explore the world of grandparenting, but I am also stepping away from a 23 year career and moving to a new city. Let me also mention that I bought a new car, and for a girl who’s always had the “basic” model this new vehicle with all the bells and whistles is a bit of an adjustment.  Apparently it’s a season of change for me and rather than be overwhelmed with the chaos, I am choosing to declare that life is “falling into place”. My “leaves” are simply changing color and I’m getting ready to settle into a new cozy world.

As you can see, even Outside of Ordinary is looking a little different these days. We are excited about our first Gathering Table event this month. 10 ladies are having dinner with Patti Beth and myself as we discuss the topic of uncertainty. It will be an evening of encouragement, inspiration and a few giggles along the way.

Stay tuned for details on our upcoming Rescued Conference in Everton, Missouri March 12 - 14. You can follow us on the Outside of Ordinary Facebook page, Instagram or Twitter and we’ll keep you up to date on the details.

Now, throw on a pot of beef stew, grab a sweater and a pumpkin spice whatever, and let’s do FALL!
